We understand how challenging it can be searching for the next step in your career, especially in the diverse and ever-changing market of the Middle East. If you are interested in exploring opportunities and expectations in the market, you can find your relevant industry page on our website and read out to the specialist directly. We will rarely advertise opportunities on our website.
While we wish we could meet and support everyone’s career aspirations, we receive hundreds of resumes daily and due to this high traffic we, unfortunately, cannot open our doors to walk-in visits. If you have contacted one of our specialists and are suitable for an active assignment, we will be in touch to discuss your expectations and needs.
We want to ensure that we can support your long-term goals, not just our clients’ assignment brief. Most of our clients are multinational brands, so when we build long-term partnerships, we cover a multitude of their global operations.
Everywhere. That very much depends on the unique needs of our client. Our clients’ could need to adopt practices otherwise quite new to the Middle East, or given the dynamics of the role, maybe the GCC-regional specific experience is critical. We have delivered highly technical unique searches targeting specific cities across the world but often base our searches within on-the-ground talent.
Very possible. What you might want to consider is some deep-diving into research learning about the industry, the major players, the ideal companies you’d like to work for – don’t just read Wikipedia – hunt down reviews on Glassdoor and speak to your networks. It is often difficult to use a recruitment firm for this kind of switch, as our search strategies and client contract obligations (99% of the time) require us to find specific and niche industry experience – not just function and qualification. However, there certainly are businesses who have the resources, mainly being time and leadership to onboard talent into a new industry.
