About me
Danny joined Cooper Fitch in 2024 as a Principal Consultant with an extensive IT recruitment background. At Cooper Fitch he works on the highly successful technology team and specialises in the recruitment of candidates within the digital, data analytics and AI functions covering roles such as digital transformation, data, AI and analytics from an engineering, architecture, transformation, program, project and technical perspective.
Danny has a demonstrated history working in the recruitment and executive search industry within the UK and Ireland, Europe and North American markets where he has built important connections with both talent pools and clients alike. The expertise and experience he gained in his previous recruitment roles have allowed him to hit the ground running with his appointment at Cooper Fitch and start to build strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Middle East.
In addition to his work experience, Danny holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human resource management from from Technological University Dublin and a higher diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business.

Danny acted as the sole external Recruitment Consultant for a large multinational organisation, assisting them with increasing their technology department headcount by 20% over a 12-month period across several countries globally. Services included: search strategy, sourcing and candidate analysis.

He assisted an SME with hiring a team for a new office due to their expansion into a new market. Danny sourced and headhunted the successful candidates from a local talent pool.
