Labor & Social Development
From education and healthcare to organisations working in labour and social development and non-governmental organisations.
Since its inception in 1997, Cooper Fitch has established and maintained strong relationships with firms working across the public sector, in sub-sectors ranging from education and healthcare to organisations working in labour and social development and non-governmental organisations. Over the years, Cooper Fitch has provided strategy, finance, technology and – more recently – tax professionals to governments across the Arabian Gulf region.
Cooper Fitch has a keen understanding of the leadership requirements of the public sector…
These years of experience have given Cooper Fitch a keen understanding of the leadership and staff requirements of public sector organisations, as well as the complexities and high-levels of sensitivity. Armed with this knowledge, we’ve helped advise, consult, research and appoint leaders to key positions. We have worked closely with entities in leadership assessment, change management, board advisory and succession planning.
In the Arabian Gulf region, governmental nationalization efforts come with significant requirements to find, hire and retain top-tier local talent to fill graduate, mid and senior-level posts. At Cooper Fitch, we’ve supported many of these initiatives by developing dynamic attraction and screening campaigns in collaboration with local governments.
Additionally, we have also engaged in high-level international talent searches to attract highly-skilled and qualified leaders to the region.
