About me
Kate joined Cooper Fitch in 2024 as a Recruitment Consultant after being connected to the recruitment industry in both the United Kingdom and the Middle East since 2021. At Cooper Fitch, Kate specialises in the recruitment of HR and shared services professionals across a broad range of industries and verticals. Kate works closely with a diverse talent pool both locally and internationally and successfully supports her clients with search mandates.
Prior to her role at Cooper Fitch, Kate worked for an international recruitment firm where she also specialised in the recruitment of mid to senior level professionals across the Middle East along with past recruitment experience in the UK. Her ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and talent, support organisations with complex mandates and successfully place individuals in various entities continuously brings value to clients. In addition to her expertise in recruitment and executive search, Kate has obtained a Degree in Business with Marketing Management from Northumbria University in the UK.
