- We are predicting the highest % increase for salaries in Saudi ~6%.
- From our comprehensive survey, we found that both the UAE and KSA organisations felt that the top skill shortages for their organisations were Leadership and Management.
- Bonus payouts for 2023– For 17% of organisations in the UAE they can expect a bonus pay out at the end of the financial year of 2 months’ basic salary.
