About me
Kriti joined Cooper Fitch in 2023 as a Delivery Consultant on the highly successful Accounting and Finance team after only tweleve months in the business she was promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant. She specialises in the search and selection of skilled candidates for finance leadership roles across the GCC. Industries include, but not limited to are; construction, hospitality, asset management, FMCG, pharmaceutical, media, oil and gas, automotive and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Cooper Fitch Kriti worked as a Recruitment Researcher for an international recruitment firm where she would support with mandates and search strategies across legal and strategy sectors. As well as her experience in recruitment Kriti has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and double Masters in International Business Law from Kings’ College London and International Business from Hult International Business School.

Worked on a recruitment and search strategy for a Big 4 firm for multiple senior positions. Sourced and headhunted the successful candidates and worked on a strategy for further team development within the firm.
Senior Legal roles- Public Sector, KSA
Supported with the search and selection of a Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel for a public sector organisation based in Saudi Arabia. Services included: drafting job specifications, sourcing, headhunting and market research.
