About me

Mentalla joined Cooper Fitch in 2024, initially working within the CEO’s Office, where she supported senior leadership on operational coordination, strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. She has since progressed into the role of Head of Operations, overseeing core operational functions and supporting the leadership team in driving organisational effectiveness across the firm.

Prior to joining Cooper Fitch, Mentalla built an extensive career supporting senior executives, including Chief Executive Officers, across multiple industries. This experience underpins her structured approach to operations, governance and internal alignment.

In her current role, Mentalla works closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders, managing business operations, supporting strategic priorities, and ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Mentalla is a bilingual English and Arabic speaker.
