We're reporting a positive return to new opportunities in the market in 2019, with a 4-5% increase in available jobs compared to 2018. Notable growth within Abu Dhabi across investment, public sector, semi-government, large infrastructure projects. In terms of hiring demand within UAE sectors; notably, the public sector is busy hiring, positive returns to FMCG and manufacturing recruitment activity. While the digital revolution is still a focus in the UAE, we see the growth in demand for digital and new technology skill sets, such as AI. None the less, reporting a high supply of talent in the region, salary ranges are stable across most sectors with no notable increase.
