About me
Jamelia is a key member of the Operations team at Cooper Fitch, responsible for driving the efficiency and coordination of day‑to‑day business functions. Her role includes administrative oversight, cross‑functional collaboration, and operational support, ensuring the seamless delivery of internal services across the firm. With a focus on optimising workflows, she oversees internal communications, documentation processes, and vendor coordination, working closely with HR, IT, and Finance departments.
Within Operations, she supports the preparation of client‑facing presentations and business reports and plays a central role in organising internal events and initiatives. Jamelia’s proactive approach and attention to detail contribute significantly to the operational excellence that underpins Cooper Fitch’s success. Prior to her career in operations, Jamelia worked at a radio station in Birmingham, England, where she hosted talk shows, led live debates, and curated music programming.
