Design Team- newly established Investment Fund, KSA

Successfully built the entire design team for a newly established investment fund in KSA responsible for infrastructure development in hospitality, entertainment, culture and sports segment. Scope of work included job description and search strategies development, search, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.

Senior Development and Design & Masterplanning Directors- SWF, KSA

Kilian successfully recruited 2 x Senior Directors with niche experience related to redevelopment and heritage projects for a new SWF portfolio company based in Riyadh. The successful candidates were recruited from the European market and the scope of work included job description and search strategies development, full market mapping, search, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.

Leasing & Portfolio Director – Free Zone, UAE

Recruited the Leasing and Portfolio Director for a special economic zone in the UAE. The successful candidate was recruited from the European market however had previous experience in the Middle East, and was recruited to manage the existing portfolio and advise the development team on the future demand for properties.
