About me
Naba is an Associate Consultant at Cooper Fitch, supporting the Technology practice with a focus on artificial intelligence, data, and executive technology leadership roles. He independently manages and delivers high-impact search mandates across the GCC, specialising in technical AI positions, techno-commercial functions, and C-level technology appointments.
Naba joined Cooper Fitch through the firm’s internship programme in 2024, where he demonstrated strong research capabilities and a keen interest in AI-driven recruitment. His passion for technology and talent strategy quickly earned him a full-time role, where he continues to contribute to the firm’s success in delivering complex, fast-evolving tech mandates.
Prior to joining Cooper Fitch, Naba held marketing and communications roles at a sales consultancy affiliated with a global leadership development and talent advisory firm, where he first gained exposure to the executive search space. He later co-founded a social media marketing agency in Abu Dhabi specialising in niche fragrances, serving as Commercial Lead and overseeing the development of brand strategies.
Born and raised in Abu Dhabi and of Indian origin, Naba is fluent in English and Urdu, with reading and writing proficiency in Arabic and conversational Estonian. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Marketing Honours from Middlesex University.
