About me

Omnia joined the Cooper Fitch team in 2024 as a Senior Collections Executive. She brings over 10 years of expertise to her role in collections and client relationship management. She has extensive experience working in debt collections across real estate and telecommunications and has previously worked for some of the largest real estate developers in the Middle East.

Responsible for revenue recognition, Omnia’s role involves reviewing contracts, validating calculations, and confirming supporting documentation. It also includes managing the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing client payments. Additionally, this position handles client disputes by collaborating with the sales team for resolution. It maintains up-to-date client billing records, provides ad-hoc reports, and assists with client portal administration. Collaborating with the accountant, Omnia ensures proper bookkeeping and supports financial audits, including revenue sample testing.

In addition to collections, Omia has experience in customer service and sales, allowing her to work closely with our valuable clients. Omnia is a bilingual speaker of both English and Arabic.
