About me

Pedro joined Cooper Fitch in 2024 as an Associate Consultant after being connected to the investment industry in both Europe and the Middle East since 2017. At Cooper Fitch Pedro specialises in the recruitment of professionals within banking and financial services, investment management, and into industry. Pedro works closely with an experienced and unique talent pool both locally and internationally and successfully supports his clients with search mandates. 

Prior to his recruitment career, Pedro worked within the financial services industry as a financial analyst and subsequently transitioned into leading a successful team of sales professionals. His expertise within the investment and financial services industry has allowed him to successfully transition into his recruitment position at Cooper Fitch. In addition to his successful career, Pedro studied banking and financial markets at Universidade Europeia in Lisbon, as well as completing a financial accounting course from Harvard Business School. He is trilingual speaking, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
