Exclusive partner in hiring over 100 GCC national’s and 40 internationally based SME’s roles to initially build the c-suite executive team and subsequently hire full teams across various functions such as legal, government communications, it, procurement and general services, hr, finance, project management, operations, policy and strategy.
Cooper fitch provided a highly tailored solution to the client mentioned above to hire over 140 roles (including 100 GCC roles) in a period of 18 months to help to establish the new authority. We utilise our direct search and headhunting techniques as well as managed services which included developing a careers portal and an integrated internal candidate database. Our approach also involved developing an assessment centre for all candidates (direct and indirect) going through the process and included English assessment, verbal and numerical tests, psychometric and leadership assessment for various levels.
