Cooper Fitch has noticed the benefits in Qatar from the AlUla Declaration which will re-open borders, resume air and sea travel between Qatar, UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Egypt. Like the rest of the region, Qatar recorded strong real estate transactions in 2021 due to favorable prices and with the World Cup kicking off in 2022, hiring looks to continue along with development and construction in preparation for the tournament.
