HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS
Recruiting healthcare professionals to help you deliver premium health care services
The healthcare and life sciences sector has been growing at a rapid pace, bolstered by ample government investment and emerging medicines and technologies. Demographic changes and complex public health issues have impacted this growth. The importance of the sector was starkly highlighted by the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, which brought the work of doctors, scientists and other healthcare professionals to the forefront of public consciousness.
A proven track record of partnering some of the world’s most prominent pharmaceutical giants…
With a dedicated healthcare and life sciences team keeping abreast of the latest trends and demands, Cooper Fitch’s practice covers both state-run and private-sector hospitals and medical facilities, as well as the increasingly important and complex life sciences and medical device sector.
Additionally, we have a proven track record of partnering some of the world’s most prominent pharmaceutical giants to solve their talent acquisition and development needs. Cooper Fitch has also provided key support to organisations seeking to establish centres of excellence in the Middle East, as well as set up specialised and high-tech manufacturing or research and development facilities.
In the coming years, the Middle East and North African healthcare sector is set for further growth. In the GCC states alone, previous forecasts calculated that current healthcare expenditure would rise from $76.1 billion in 2017 to $104.6 billion in 2022, and continue rising thereafter. In the UAE alone, healthcare expenditure may rise as much as 10 per cent in anticipation of an ageing population, above medical inflation rates and the implantation of mandatory health insurance. Public health issues ranging from pandemics to lifestyle diseases will also drive investment in the sector.
Meeting these demands requires identifying, developing and retaining talented leadership, particularly in high-pressure and increasingly technically complex environments. Cooper Fitch has a history of success in finding and building leaders with the vision, passion, emotional intelligence and financial and commercial acumen necessary for organisations to thrive in the healthcare sector.
