About me
James is a recruitment consultant on the Real Estate team at Cooper Fitch specialising in the recruitment of high calibre talent in mid-senior level real estate roles. He works closely with local and international talent with extensive expertise in project management, commercial real estate, construction and civil engineering.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022 James formed a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the construction and real estate industry having worked in sales, project management and operation roles across mid-large scale developments across Ireland and the American Copper Buildings project in Manhattan, New York. His experience in this field has allowed him to transition into his current recruitment consultant position at Cooper Fitch. In addition he holds a Bachelor’s in Business Entrepreneurship Management from the Institute of Arts Design and Technology in Ireland and a Master’s in International Sports Management from UCFB in England.

Successfully delivered on the appointment of a high-profile search in the niche sector for one of the PIF portfolio companies. Scope of work included job description and search strategies development, full market mapping, search, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.
VP Commercial – Master Developer, GCC
Leading a search for a highly experienced commercial real estate professional for one of the largest GCC master developers with projects spanning across Europe. Services included search strategy, search, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.
Head of Food and Beverage- Hospitality, KSA
Successfully delivered on the appointment of a high-profile search for a major entertainment organisation in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate had many years of experience in the Middle East, Europe and Asia with a track record of developing, establishing and positioning luxury hotels and restaurants as well as pre-opening and concept development.
5+ hires – Infrastructure Development Fund, KSA
Successfully placed multiple senior hires for an Infrastructure Development Fund based in Riyadh across the delivery function including Project Director, Project Manager, Project Controls and Document Controls.
