About me
Neeraj joined Cooper Fitch in 2023 as a Principal Consultant with an extensive recruitment background. At Cooper Fitch he works on the highly successful technology team and specialises in the recruitment of candidates within the digital, data analytics and AI functions covering roles within digital transformation, data, AI and analytics from an engineering, architecture, transformation, program, project and technical perspective.
Prior to joining Cooper Fitch Neeraj also specialised in the recruitment of technology experts and has worked with clients on a global scale as well as having built important connections with a unique international talent pool. The expertise and experience he gained in his previous recruitment roles have allowed him to hit the ground running with his appointment at Cooper Fitch and start to build strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Middle East.
In addition to his work experience, Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business. He is also a trilingual speaker in English, Hindi and Marathi.
